To work for economical, political and socially marginalized communities for their holistic advancement and implementing specific, customized, cost effective, scalable and replicable models for community development
Silverline Foundation's vision is to develop leaders who are more confident and passionate about leading organizations, businesses, schools, and agencies domestically and internationally. We work to contribute to a society where women leaders will no longer be viewed as the exception to the rule but as relevant assets and necessary additions to organizations globally.
We strive for Empowered women living with dignity and contributing as equal partners in development in an environment free from violence and discrimination. And, wellnurtured children with full opportunities for growth and development in a safe and protective environment.
We will also seek to continue our role as advocate of women's rights, promoter of women capacities and driving force of social change. We envision a world in which all girls and young women, regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential, where no girls are invisible or left behind and can exercise their human rights while in full control of their destinies.
We aim to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and gender exclusion that too many girls are born into, by availing disadvantaged adolescent girls and young women with resources and opportunities for educational and leadership development for their empowerment to become effective leaders and social change agents in their communities.
